Each of our associates has spent time with various masters learning these techniques, some of which have been practised for centuries. Massage Therapy
A Registered Therapist can identify areas of pain & stiffness in your body. Specialized massage techniques will be used to get results; whether it be to alleviate pain or induce relaxation. Your therapist is fully trained to help relieve: inflammatory conditions, stress, headaches, muscle spasms & strains, back pain, neck pain & pregnancy discomfort.
Hot Stone Massage
Have a relaxing journey with a full body TheraStone Massage. Your Massage Therapist will use a unique combination of hot, smooth basalt stones and essential oils to loosen and stretch your muscles, gently massaging away tension and stress. This ancient healing modality moves energy to depleted areas, relieves sore muscles and produces a soothing state of peace, calm and balance. To complete this grounding experience hot stones are placed upon each chakra to open the flow of healing energies.
Twice As Nice - Massage for Two
Bring someone you care about to our Centre. Reduce your stress together as you enjoy deep relaxation while receiving a full body massage at the same time in our "candlelight loft". This luxurious treatment is ideal for couples, good friends, or mother-daughter retreats, and is available in either 60 or 90 minute sessions.
Wind down to soft music, in a thick cotton robe as your feet soak in a warm mineral footbath, sip on some bubbly, choose your aromatherapy massage oils, enjoy a perfect massage, truffles and a special gift to take home.
Indian Head Massage
This seated session begins with a traditional Indian Head massage sure to relieve tension in your shoulders, neck, face and scalp. An excellent way to melt into deep relaxation. If that isn't enough to relax you, you can complete your session with an infusion of oils applied over and massaged into your scalp, restoring balance and beauty while relieving the body and mind of all stress.
Reiki
Reiki is an ancient Japanese practice of energy work that enhances your body's natural healing process. Reiki works on your whole being by reducing stress, easing pain and creating peace within. As you lie fully clothed, the practitioner gently places hands on specific areas of the body in a series of positions that promote deep relaxation, bringing balance to your body, mind and spirit. Reiki accelerates healing on all levels, improves health and your general quality of life.
We offer a consultation with our experienced Reiki Masters prior to your session to find out how Reiki can benefit you on your healing path. Length of sessions and fees vary and can be determined during the consultation.
Chi Massage
Enjoy the many benefits of the Chi Machine & HotHouse Dome. Lie down, Relax and let it happen. Five minutes is equivalent in oxygenating the body to a half hour walk. Feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
Happy Feet Spa Treatment
This specialized treat for your feet begins with a warm peppermint milk bath to soothe and invigorate tired legs, and aching feet. Afterwards, place your feet on the warm comforting foot pads of our Electro Reflex Energizer and unwind as the acupressure fingers gently massage the bottoms of your feet, stimulating all of your reflex points. Complete your experience with a foot massage designed to work all the Reflexology points of your feet. Our soothing blend of essential oils and creams will leave your feet energized and smooth. You will be relaxed and your toes will be smiling.
Aromatherapy Massage

This experience was developed by Dr. Gary Young, founder of Young Living Oils. This very specialized technique based on his teachings, harnesses the power of pure essential oils with the touch of an experienced Massage Therapist.
